When can I expect my order to ship and arrive?
We do our very best to have orders processed and shipped within 7-10 business days of being placed. Delivery time will vary depending on your region and the shipping method chosen. Please note that turnaround times may be longer during launches of new collections and sales due to the high volume of orders received.

We offer local pickup in Cornwall, Ontario, which can be selected at checkout.
Where do you ship to?
We offer shipping to Canada and the USA at this time.
Apparel shipping is done separately as follows:

- first item - $6.99
- additional items - $1.25 per piece
- Sweatshirts & Hoodies
- first item - $7.99
- additional items - $2.00 per piece

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Please note that due to the handmade nature of our items, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. While we can also receive Direct Messages through Instagram, it is not our preferred method of communication.
